We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant fluent in English and Mandarin to manage a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. Responsibilities:

• Full Cycle Property Accounting: Manage the full accounting cycle for a designated portfolio of commercial & residential real estate properties.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare and post G/L entries, monthly journal entries, and perform bank and mortgage reconciliations to ensure timely month-end closing.
• A/R & A/P Management: Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions; review rent charges, process PAD files, and resolve tenant account discrepancies.
