Job Description

Zuständigkeiten

  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Projektdaten in iPM
  • Unterstützung bei der Projektdokumentation
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen
  • Durchführung von Bestellungen und Materialabrufen in SAP
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben

    • Anforderungen

  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement oder in projektbezogenen Tätigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project bzw. iPM
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SharePoint und den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
  • Gute SAP Kenntnisse
  • Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
