Job Description

Zuständigkeiten

  • Vorbereitung, Moderation und Nachverfolgung von Projektterminen inklusive Eskalationsmanagement
  • Unterstützung der Projektsteuerung im Reporting und Fortschrittsmonitoring
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Terminplänen sowie Fortschritts Dashboards
  • Vor und Nachbereitung von Stakeholder Terminen inklusive Protokollierung
  • Nachverfolgung offener Arbeitspakete und Qualitätssicherung der Terminplanung
  • Unterstützung bei Konfliktlösungen mit Auftragnehmern im Kabelumfeld
  • Begleitung von Baubesprechungen mit Fokus auf Projektsteuerung und Schnittstellenkoordination

    • Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der Projektsteuerung oder Terminplanung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in Infrastruktur oder Energieprojekten
  • Grundkenntnisse in Elektrotechnik oder Netzanbindung wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project, Power BI von Vorteil
