Job Description

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung und Koordination eines Workstreams innerhalb des Rollouts
  • Unterstützung des Projektleiters Rollout bei den Vorbereitungen des Rollouts in einer Organisationseinheit (Aufbereitung von Daten, Feinplanung- und koordination, überwachen der Kommunikationsaktivitäten)
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Projektplänen und -dokumentationen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam
  • Unterstützung bei der Überwachung und Berichterstattung über den Projektfortschritt
  • Koordination und Organisation von Projektmeetings, Workshops und anderen projektbezogenen Veranstaltungen

    • Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Projektassistenz, idealerweise im IT-Bereich
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und digitalen Kommunikationskanälen, Erfahrung mit Projektmanag...
