Job Description
The position as Project Procurement Assistant has the responsibility of supporting the Project Procurement Team in coordinating the team-related activities for the assigned drilling rig(s).
Your responsibilities
Support end-to-end procurement processes (RFQs, bid evaluations, purchase order issuance) - Procure & Source to Pay
Coordinate with project teams, offshore/onshore rig personnel, and suppliers
Support planning, execution and follow ups on Goods Purchase, Hire, Repairs, and Services orders
Monitor and expedite deliveries to meet project and rig schedules
Support logistics coordination including shipping, customs, and documentationMaintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company's SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
