Job Description

Functieomschrijving:

  • Je ontwikkelt een projectplanning binnen de voorziene termijn met aandacht voor de technische aspecten, details en budgettaire krijtlijnen.
  • Je volgt nauwkeurig de planning op en respecteert deadlines.
  • Je gaat coachend en motiverend met je collega's om.
  • Je zorgt voor een proactieve risicobeheersing en treedt probleemoplossend op.
  • Je coördineert zowel de werfplanning als de werfbezetting.
  • Je onderhandelt vanuit een commerciële instelling, verwerft contracten en bepaalt geschikte uitvoeringsmethoden.
  • Je beheert dossiers, inclusief de opmaak van technische fiches.
  • Je staat in voor de budgetopvolging en coherente en duidelijke rapportage.
