Early Nourishment is a community-focused organization supporting parents and caregivers across North Devon and Torridge and beyond. Through the lottery-funded Nourish and Connect Project, the team offers free weekly drop-ins in multiple locations to provide practical feeding and emotional support. The Flourish Project delivers social and educational activities that promote mindfulness, connection, community building, and learning about the planet and nature. Early Nourishment is committed to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, welcoming all parents and caregivers regardless of background, identity, or financial status. All services are free with the exception of breast pump hire and home visits, reflecting a deep understanding of the financial barriers families can face in accessing support and mental health resources.
