About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Contracts/Project
Surveyor to join our Assets Team overseeing the delivery of
planned and cyclical maintenance programmes across our housing portfolio. This
is a key role focused on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within
budget, and to a high standard, with resident satisfaction at the heart of
everything you do. You’ll
be involved from pre-investment surveys through to project completion, managing
contractors, overseeing performance, and ensuring compliance with statutory and
