Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure project progress
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
• Implement and enforce safety standards (PPE compliance, site rules)
• Prepare project reports and updates for management
• Resolve on-site issues and delays efficiently

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• With experience in construction, fit-out, or project management (preferred)
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Knowledge in project scheduling and site supervision
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure
• Good communication and coordination skills
