**Job Responsibilities**

+ Manage and maintain multiple laboratory billing Workqueues (WQs) in Epic to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
+ Review, update, and maintain billing training materials, workflow documentation, and process guides.
+ Monitor and interpret CMS billing guidelines and payer policy updates; translate necessary changes into workflow updates and training materials.
+ Collaborate with laboratory teams, billing teams, and HHS leadership to identify workflow gaps and implement corrective actions.
+ Provide clear, professional communication across departments, including escalation of issues and sharing of process updates.
+ Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation, billing tasks, and communication.
