Job Summary:

• Networks and develops relationships with key stakeholders and acts as the liaison between company and joint-use partners regarding permits, inspections, quality assurance surveys, rebuilds, attachment agreements, NESC interpretation and company policy.


• Responds to and addresses inquiries, concerns, complaints and safety violations related to Joint Use.


• Assures proper transactions of payments and billing.


• Facilitates pole attachments, joint trench, and billing between designated vendors and associated cable television, telephone, and telecommunication companies.


• Administers agreements with joint use partners and compliance surveys and auditing.
