:
  • Mainly to assist the Commercial Marketing and Sales Team by providing daily operation support
  • Supporting Sales Team to arrange site visits with engineers, chasing for result and cost quotation
  • Internal parties coordination: service order creation, sales inquiries, site visit details update, etc
  • External parties coordination: project coordination, service installation and products delivery arrangement, vendor management, etc
  • Ensure proper filing of all important documents/sign-off records

    • Job Requirement:
  • 1 year of Project Support, Sales Support, or Operation Support experience
  • Normal MS EXCEL skill is required, along with proficiency in normal PC & MS OFFICE knowledge
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated, and well organized
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English (daily Email handling in English)
