This is a client-side role, offering a unique opportunity to take commercial ownership across several complex residential schemes in some of London's most desirable postcodes.

Working with private clients and boutique developers, this organisation is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 6 years' experience in the residential sector. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone confident in both pre-and post-contract duties, with a strong understanding of luxury finishes, cost planning, and contractor management.

The Quantity Surveyor will support projects from early feasibility through to final account, helping deliver high-value homes to an exceptional standard.
