Project Delivery
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Lead end to end delivery of UX initiatives across design, content, research workstreams.
- Translate business and product objectives into clear UX scopes, project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, dependencies, and delivery plans.
- Track progress, risks, and issues; proactively communicate tradeoffs and mitigation strategies.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering/IT, Marketing, and Operations to align UX work with roadmaps and release plans.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups) and bring in UX resources at the right moments.
