JOB STATEMENT：
-Handle Grinding project procurement activities in China
-Provide support to proposal for both Local projects and overseas projects.
-Handle quotations from suppliers. Clarify supply scope and technical requirement. Send RFQ and get quotation from qualified suppliers. Provide prompt feedback on proposal requests.
-Work with Product Lines and Local Project Team to implement procurement functions
-Identify/develop qualified suppliers together with QA.
-Negotiate price and lead time with suppliers. Placing PO and execution of POs, including, clarification on technical data/requirement/schedule/delivery, etc.
-Manage/resolve operational issues to ensure orders are delivered on time. Provide progress report to Production Lines or Local Project Team on regular basis.
-Identify problems during PO execution, evaluate cause of the problems and find solutions for corrective actions.
