Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of tender programmes as per the tender documents requirement.
- Coordinate with the Sr Planner for preparation of detailed programmes as per contract requirements.
- Propose the productivity sheet for the project.
- Coordinate with the Sr Planner for calculating the manpower requirements trade-wise as per the defined productivity.
- Prepare a weight system.
- Coordinate with the Sr Planner for loading the manpower major quantities, weightage and cost over the activities of the programme of work as required.
- Estimate the project's cash flow.
- Prepare the project's measurement tools such as S-curve, tabular reports, histograms and other KPIs.
- Highlight the critical paths and take the necessary actions in coordination with other project key staff.
- Ensure that QHSE requirements are integrated into the programmes.
