Job Description
- Develop, implement and maintain an effective scheduling management system.
- Prepare project(s) program/schedule covering entire scope and within defined timelines.
- Calculate and prepare Manpower Requirement & Machinery Requirement.
- Coordinate project timeline with internal departments from Technical, Project, Commercial, Procurement and Legal team on day-to-day basis during planning and project execution phase.
- Coordinate project(s) timeline with external customer and consultant on day-to-day basis during planning and project execution phase.
- Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project.
- Identify potential project(s) schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner.
- Evaluate contractor’s performance and prepare project progress reports.
- Recommend actions to keep projects within approved completion time.
