Job Description

Introduction:

Project Planner

Responsibilities:

  • Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.
  • Responsible for development of production planning functions including order planning, shop scheduling, and shipping plan.
  • Effective communicate with various internal departments on any potential production issues or needs.
  • Effective communicate production status to mangers and customers on regular basis.
  • Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules in reaction of unforeseen conditions.
  • Support cross plant/departmental teams and projects, as necessary.
  • Conduct weekly meeting reviewing orders for shortages and timeliness with all concern departments.
  • Monitor schedules for on time completion, shipment, and weekly sale order.
