About our client:

We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Project & Operations Director to support our growing creative agency. This is a hybrid role combining hands‑on project management for client work and operations leadership, aimed at helping us scale smartly and sustainably.

We're a small, senior team building high‑impact brand and digital experiences for ambitious B2B clients across the UK, EU, and the US, working with independent creative freelancers and digital contractors. Projects typically range from brand identity design and website development to ongoing creative retainers.
