Responsibilities


+ Create and refine business cases for new capital initiatives.

+ Analyze technology requests, develop cost estimates, and assess financial impacts.

+ Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and capital planning guidelines.

+ Lead the annual budget planning process for technology initiatives.

+ Track actuals vs. budget throughout the year, identifying variances and risks.

+ Ensure project costs follow internal controls and financial guidelines.

+ Track initiative progress across the portfolio, including milestones, spend, and forecasts.

+ Manage and update initiative packages, ensuring all components are complete for approval.
