**Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000**

**Position Overview:**

**Ultimate LLC** is immediately hiring a **Project Manager** in the Mt. Airy area. The project manager is responsible for the overall successful execution, management, profitability and timely completion of their assigned construction projects. They are also responsible to ensure their Project Manager(s) have the appropriate training, and skills to perform their work.

**Job Duties:**

+ Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting and budgeting
+ Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful hand off from estimating to field
+ Set clear goals and expectations to foreman
+ Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns
+ Estimate change orders for assigned projects
+ Manage all jobs closeout procedures
+ Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement
