Job Description
This role will focus on managing the delivery of large scale/multi-streams implementation projects for key/strategic clients, across Japan region.
Based in Japan, this person will manage all aspects of packaged software implementation projects, leading multiple work streams and delivering through a team of colleagues from across Japan and globally.
Major Responsibilities:
Manages multiple, concurrent consulting projects of moderate to high complexity
Resolves project issues including budget, timeline, and scope
Provides regular project communication and status reporting
Manages project quality to ensure customer satisfaction and ROI
Builds collaborative relationship that increases customer's perception of the value Blue Yonder brings to their business and expands future business opportunities
