As the Project Manager, this pivotal role is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of mitigation and reconstruction projects. The role is divided into three primary areas: Emergency Response and Project Execution, Scoping, Estimating and Project Financials, and Sales & Marketing. As the lead member of the project team, the PM oversees the entire project lifecycle and works closely with Project Coordinators and Site Supervisors to ensure alignment across all departments.
