Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead water infrastructure projects from early concept through detailed design, and construction support
- Own project delivery; scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, authorities, and key stakeholders
- Chair and lead design and coordination meetings, ensuring clear actions and outcomes
- Manage design approvals, permits, and statutory submissions
- Provide technical oversight for stormwater and pipeline hydraulic design
- Review and approve design reports, drawings, calculations, and tender documents
- Support construction teams by resolving design queries, and constructability issues
- Monitor and report on project costs, forecasts, and financial performance
- Minimum a Degree in Civil, Environmental, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering from Singapore PEB-recognized university
