With a strong background in institutional, commercial, and residential projects, this person will have the opportunity to work on a variety of upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle delivery of stipulated sum (hard bid) projects valued between $20M–$100M+, with accountability for schedule, budget, and overall execution.
• Manage contract administration under CCDC 2, 5A, and 5B, including change management, progress claims, RFIs, shop drawings, and closeout documentation.
