Project Manager – Social Care (Local Government Council)
📅 5-month contract
💷 £ per hour (Inside IR35)
📍 Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office (South East London area)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in HR and change management to support the delivery of Social Care reforms within a local government council. This role is central to supporting the Families First Programme, working closely on workforce planning, restructuring, and aligning project outcomes with Corporate HR processes.
You will report to the Transformation Lead within the Families First Programme Team and play a key role in ensuring effective delivery through collaboration, stakeholder management, and change support.
