Project Manager (Team Lead)
to lead the execution of AV integration projects across various vertical markets (Government, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality & Entertainment, etc). Key Responsibilities
Project Management Lead and manage mega AV system integration projects from award to completion Review system designs, technical drawings and project specifications Coordinate staging, installation, testing and commissioning Ensure projects are delivered with quality, on schedule, within scope and budget Work closely with in-house designers, engineering & admin teams and manufacturers Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project delivery Manage project meetings, progress updates, technical discussions and reports Ensure client expectations and project objectives are aligned and met Team Leadership
