They see considerable opportunities locally and, as such, they have established a permanent presence here in the Lower Mainland. Much of the work undertaken is for blue-chip repeat clients and includes offices, data centers, day care facilities, self-storage facilities, care homes and retail with values up to $50m. Thepany also undertakes smaller tenant improvement and capital projects.
