Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive high‑priority strategic initiatives originating from the CEO / Chairman’s Office in Property Development and Real Estate industries.
- Translate leadership vision into structured execution roadmaps, programs and measurable milestones.
- Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives across business units and functions.
- Collaborate with business heads, operations, finance and external partners to ensure execution.
- Manage complex cross‑functional transformation and business initiatives.
- Track progress, identify risks and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks.
- Prepare high‑quality executive presentations, dashboards and board‑level updates.
