Job Description
- Lead and manage ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) projects
- Plan project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation in line with project requirements
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities on ACMV design and execution
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety requirements, and specific guidelines
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for ACMV systems
- Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, scope, and timelines are met
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues related to HVAC/ACMV systems
- Ensure proper documentation, including reports, testing records, and handover documents
- Support procurement of ACMV equipment and materials
