Project Manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, or Architecture with at least 10 years of relevant experience;
  OR
• Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Manage all trades on-site (structural, interior fit-out, architectural, M&E).
• Oversee project progress, quality, costing, and client relations to ensure successful completion.
• Review and prepare project correspondence such as progress reports and proposals.
• Monitor contractors’ performance to meet project goals.
• Manage defect rectification and improvement works after project completion.
