Required Skills
Strong experience in Retail Banking and Banking Channels domain. Hands-on experience in CRM platforms such as Siebel CRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Good understanding of banking customer journeys and digital transformation initiatives. Experience managing projects related to: Internet Banking Mobile Banking Branch Banking Customer Onboarding Service Requests & Customer Communication Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in project planning, estimation, budgeting, and resource management. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel. Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
