Job Description

The Project Manager will support the HR department in fully leveraging technology to achieve its strategic objectives. The role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan, design, implement, support, and measure HR Technology solutions, such as SAP SuccessFactors, impress.ai, and RPA Agentic‑AI tools, to deliver meaningful value to employees and the organization.

This position serves as the bridge between HR and IT, ensuring technology solutions meet business needs and drive tangible outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses strong HR domain knowledge and robust technical skills to manage system changes and implementations effectively.
