Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery and implementation of securities systems for Hong Kong brokerage clients, including installation, configuration, testing, and go‑live support
• Coordinate project resources, develop project plans, track project progress, and ensure on‑time delivery
• Provide technical support related to the Hong Kong securities market, including technical integration with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX)
• Gain an in‑depth understanding of the securities system's fundamental framework and assist clients in completing system go‑live
• Maintain efficient communication with clients and internal teams (technical, product, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution
• Troubleshoot issues encountered during project implementation, manage project risks, and improve client satisfaction
• Assist in other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
