**Job Description Summary**: Provides leadership and guidance across all disciplines to ensure that technology, design transfers and Sustainability Business Projects from other sites achieve or surpass the set project/business goals (timing, quality, cost, etc.).
Additionally, responsible for planning, budgeting, and reporting on projects/programs to upper management, and resolving any issues that arise during the project.This role also involves performing project risk management and strong team management to ensure all project deliverables are successfully completed in accordance with BD quality systems and standards.The responsibilities include effective decision-making and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
