Job Description

As a Project Manager you will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to close‑out. You are a proactive leader and skilled at project delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing scope, timelines and budget, ensuring technical compliance, stakeholder engagement and measuring project value. Key responsibilities: Lead day‑to‑day project delivery from design and procurement through construction, commissioning and turnover. Conduct site reviews to ensure quality, design compliance, safety and schedule performance. Manage contractors, consultants and direct‑to‑client vendors, enforcing obligations under CCDC contracts and MSAs. Support budget development, cost tracking, progress draw reviews and change management. Coordinate tendering, bid evaluations and contract recommendations.
