It uses Salesforce as its core case management engine to replace legacy systems. The platform connects caseworkers, families, and partner agencies with real-time, mobile-accessible information centered around the child.

Requirements:

• 5 + years as a project manager
• comprehensive experience and understanding of Salesforce
• deep understanding of agile methodology
• excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• technical understanding to connect with business analysts
