Job Description
Project Planning & Execution
- Drive end-to-end project management for a Singapore quantum programme, Advanced Quantum Algorithms and Solutions (AQAS), which focuses on applications of quantum processors.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: researchers from different research institutions, grantors, outreach units, and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Track project progress by managing timelines planning and budgeting, and produce periodic updates, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day programme operations and core administrative functions, including HR coordination, budgeting, procurement support, cloud access requirements, and resolving operational issues.
