Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for leading and managing the full life cycle R&D projects / programme and product delivery by planning, organizing, executing and evaluating from conception to completion.

  • Lead project scoping with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project / programme schedules and establish clear project / programme deliverables and milestones.

  • Ensure successful delivery of project / programme scope and targets while managing project / programme risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Spearhead design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers through active leadership of motivating and facilitating research rigour across multiple research institute project teams
