      ● End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the entire lifecycle of precast project from initial planning, factory/yard setup (if applicable), production, transport, to final on-site erection.

      ● Timeline & Budget Management: Establish detailed project milestones and strictly manage the project budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and zero cost overruns.
      ● Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, government authorities, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication.
