Are you an ambitious Project Manager seeking a structured path into a secure, long-term permanent leadership role? We are urgently seeking a dedicated Retrofit Project Manager to lead a major Wave 3 whole-house retrofit programme across Oxfordshire.
This position is explicitly offered on a Temp-to-Perm basis. It is designed to give you immediate operational ownership of a massive sustainability framework during an initial temporary period, leading directly to a permanent contract with a clear trajectory within our expanding green energy division.
