- Minimum required years of experience: 8 YOE as an IT Project Manager with software and firmware development experience
- Education requirements: Bachelors or equivalent experience
Must have skills:
- Scrum master, software and firmware development
- Experience being a builder, is curious, a process creator - there is not a playbook to follow, can pivot and improve the process as it goes, bias for action, knows how to ask good questions to get things going
Nice to have skills:
- Good at working with engineers and understanding their process, plus UX and app designers
- Experience managing projects related to Mobile apps, clouds, and/or firmware development
