You will be joining a national top-tier construction organisation, with specialist teams providing complex new build and refurbishment projects across the health, sciences, education, civic project sectors.  The salary range on offer, sits within $220k - $250k total package.

As the Project or Senior Project Manager (dependent on experience) you will be reporting into the Construction Director, leading a small team across one to two projects at a time (dependent on project size complexity), overseeing the financial performance, interacting with the client, managing project deliverables and the skills/development of your team. 

Whilst the business delivers projects within the $10M through to $40M - this role requires a Senior level Project Manager who is comfortable and experienced delivering relevant complex projects, in excess of $15M
