This individual will act as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master depending on delivery requirements, supporting complex cloud contact center initiatives. The role sits at the center of client engagement, managing multiple projects simultaneously while driving delivery quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5 years of experience in technology integration project management in the context of contact centers (CCaaS) or Cloud solutions
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with significant budgets
• Experience in managing corporate clients and navigating complex organizational structures
