Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining the project scope. In consultation with the client
  • Defining specific deliverables: what is complete when the project is finished?
  • Defining constraints (budget, planning).
  • Responsible for assembling and leading the project team.
  • Responsible for the technical design of the entire project.
  • Responsible for preparing specifications / tender documents for orders, engineering firms, and contractors (both internal and external).
  • Responsible for the selection of orders, engineering firms, and contractors. Also consider specific resources, e.g., designers, but also outsourcing (part) projects.
  • Directing and monitoring all resources, both internal and external.
  • Maintaining contact with the client throughout the project to capture and assess changes. If agreed upon, implementing them in the project (scope changes).
  • Reporting to stakeholders.
