Lead the implementation and post-implementation support of the Manpower Planning & Budgeting System (MPBS) for the organisation. Support long-term workforce planning, budgeting analytics, and system integration across the institutions within the Manpower Planning team. Key Responsibilities
System Implementation & Project Management Lead end-to-end implementation of the MPBS under COE guidance Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables Coordinate requirements gathering across the institutions and stakeholders Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with existing HR systems - SAP SuccessFactors Manage vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and escalations Prepare regular reporting to senior management, sponsors, and steering committees Drive change management, communication, and user training strategy Support post-go-live system maintenance and enhancements Partner stakeholders on data c...
