We are seeking a highly motivated Readiness & Operations Transition Contractor to support the successful launch and operational readiness of new solar and battery storage projects across the West & Central Region of the United States. This is a 12-month contract role focused on project readiness, transition execution, and operational handoff support. The contractor will play a critical role in ensuring assets are fully prepared for safe, compliant, and efficient entry into operations. The ideal candidate resides within the region and near a major airport and is able to support approximately 50% travel.
