Job Description
The Information Communication System (ICS) Project Management Office (PMO), a unit within the ICS department, is a central point of contact for all projects and defines and upholds project management standards and processes. While the PMO provides directive and processes for successful delivery of projects on time, in acceptable quality and on budget, it primarily monitors project governance to all projects from initiation, planning, execution to closing the project and is responsible for reporting on these projects. Further, the ICS PMO defines, maintains, and ensures implementation of project Management standards across the department and monitors and reports on departmental projects to top-tier management, thus fostering strategic decision making.
