. Produces the Project Execution Plan
. Coordinates with contractors and vendors and design team in the delivery of a project.
. Responsible for the financial viability, on time delivery and customer control on a project.
. Responsible for tendering, reviewing, site feasibility, restitution, recommending contractors, implementation and H/O of projects
. Responsible for day-to-day execution of the service on a project
. Provides interface with the client/end users
. Ensures that all staff under his/her control are adequately instructed and trained on all matters relating to project work
. Tasked with maintaining the professional standards of the Company, working effectively and efficiently within the project brief and time & cost constraints
