About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of projects across the UK. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while supporting commercial performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver industrial refrigeration (IREF) projects end-to-end
Manage multiple projects to meet financial targets, contract obligations, and customer expectations
Own project P&L, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
Identify risks and opportunities, implementing effective mitigation strategies
Collaborate with Sales on bids, tenders, and pricing
